Regulations for using Intellectual Properties of the International Association of Art Media and Entertainment

PREAMBLE

Since their inception in 2000, the "©Triangle®" as well as other Awards of the International Association of Art Media and Entertainment have enjoyed increasing international recognition. Today they are among the most respected recognitions of outstanding achievements.

Their prestige, of receiving recognition thru the association is acknowledged within the creative industries, has grown over the years because the public and the industries recognizes the membership and the awards of the association as an award based solely on artistic achievements and because care has been taken to preserve the integrity of the Triangle symbol. The Association has carefully limited reproductions of the Triangle Symbol and labels of the association and references to the annual Awards presentation in promotions and advertising.

The Association intends to establish Regulations to set a code of fair practice for all forms of advertising pertaining to the International Association of Art Media and Entertainment.

The Association does not wish to restrict the benefits creative workers, producers, distributors and exhibitors may derive legitimately from publicity associated with a Membership of the International Association of Art Media and Entertainment, but desires to equalize these benefits and ensure that:

the rights of past and future Association Membership Award recipients are fully protected,no false claims of Association Membership and Awards consideration are made in any advertising medium,the public is not misled by any statement or implication that any achievement has won or been thru the International Association of Art Media and Entertainment or nominated for an Award / Label when that is not so, and The necessary legal protection is provided for the trademark and copyright owner, i.e., the Association. The Association, as the copyright owner of the Association's "Triangle" statuette, and owner of its trademarks and service marks, including "IMEA®," "RTNworld®," "RTNworld AWARD®," "RTNworld IMEA®," "RTNworld Lights®," "I.M.E.A.®" and the federally registered "Triangle" design mark, is required to protect its properties against unauthorized uses and infringements.

Further copyright owner of the Association's "Light" statuette, and owner of its trademarks and service marks, including "RTNIMEA®," "RTNworld IMEA Outstanding Entertainment®," "RTNworld IMEA Best Art®," "RTNworld IMEA Best Performance®," "RTNworld Newlight®," "RTNworld IMEA Cultural Embassy®" "RTNworld IMEA Best Voice of the world®" "RTNworld IMEA Best Theatrical Performance®" "RTNworld IMEA Outstanding Actor®" "RTNworld IMEA Art of Food AWARD ®" "RTNworld IMEA best Design®" "RTNworld IMEA writers guild AWARD®" and the federally registered "Triangle" design mark, is required to protect its properties against unauthorized uses and infringements.
